How can I see the results for my own school?
We have provided "passcodes" to contact persons in each building or supervisory union with at least a 40% return rate (166 school buildings and 38 supervisory unions for teachers; 85 school buildings and 19 supervisory unions for ESP). Those contact persons will be providing you your school's passcode.

Why do I need a passcode?
It's our way to make the point that the results should be used carefully, as a means of starting and driving in-house discussions about existing working conditions and ways to improve them.

You will find one page summaries at the front of the report and when you click the "significant factors" link on the left navigation bar. Note that the higher the rating (on a 1 to 5 scale), the more positive the rating.
